Your right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receives the goods. If an order is delivered in several parcels, the period ends 14 days after the last parcel arrives.
To cancel, tell us clearly that you have decided to cancel: use Refund request in your order, or email info@omkan.shop, or write to Omkan Limited, Office 5313, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. We pass your request to the seller. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. You meet the deadline if you send your message before the 14 days end.
What happens when you cancel
We refund all payments you made, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after the seller receives the goods back or you show proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery than standard, we do not refund the extra cost. We refund using the same payment method you used, and you do not pay any fee for the refund.
Please send the goods back to the seller without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after you told us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to see what they are, what they look like and how they work.
When the right to cancel does not apply
Goods made to your instructions or clearly personalised; sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed; goods that go off quickly; sealed audio, video or software once unsealed. Your rights for faulty items are not affected.
