Ring size: write your ring size (UK letter, US number or inside diameter in mm) in the Additional info box together with the names. For a pair, give both sizes.
Delivery: made to order by Aygül Jewels in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and usually sent within 3–5 working days. The delivery charge is added at checkout from your address and shown in your currency before you pay: inside Dhaka ৳60 and elsewhere in Bangladesh ৳120 by courier (usually 1–3 days); other countries by registered airmail, about ৳310–৳500 depending on the country (usually 10–20 working days). Cash on delivery is available for addresses in Bangladesh only.
Returns: personalised items cannot be returned because you changed your mind, but they are fully covered if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described. See our Return & Refund Policy.
